Thanks for the advice re Mufti yesterday - Moll went off to school in a ripped t-shirt, ripped and cropped jeans and boots as a cross between Cinderella and a spice girl

Next question - I have a Beef Stroganoff bubbling away in the slow cooker...its made with beef, onions, peppers, oyster mushrooms with cream and herbs...tastes very nice...but, I am debating adding stilton to give it a bit more of a bite...so, what do you think...shall it be Beef & Stilton stroganoff or shall i leave it as it is? Could it totally overpower it do you think?
