Hi there,
The Kennel Club Healthcare Plan is very good, this cost 19.95 per month. Petplan is one of the market leaders in pet insurance but I have recently changed to Lloyds TSB pet insurance which is underwritten by Pet Providers, the reason I have changed is that now I have multiple dogs I needed lower premiums and they do a good plan for just 9.95 per month this is regardless of breed. It pays to shop around, if you log onto Loot.com and find the pet insurance tab, you can view approximately 50 different pet insurers and look up each of their benefits, premiums and other details. One way to find out who are good insurers is to contact your vet and they will tell you which ones pay up promptly on claims.
I have personally had problems with E & L insurance and looking at many other posts on these forum pages it seems I am not alone but you have to make up your own mind and choose wisely.
Hope this is helpful.
Truely.
