Having provlems with my insurance company.

Could anybody tell me any condition that dogs may be born with that are still insurable, my dog had an entropian operation and the insurers will not pay out as they claim it is a pre-existing condition, even though we did not know about until after our insurance was taken out and we have three vets that can confirm this.

If any body can give me any advise I would be extremely grateful, I pay £40.00 a month to insure my two dogs and I feel like it is money wasted, I think I may just pay the £40.00 into a savings account each month a pay the vets bills myself!
