I'm sure my mum used to give me that when I had a "dickie tum" - she used to give it to me warmed up and I hated it, is it supposed to be for dogs?! - just wait 'til I see her next!;)

I remember my mum used to give it to me in an eggcup,I think she mixed it with boiled water, but I really remember that it tasted foul (cured any "pretend" sickies in an instant!!!LOL)

So how would you administer if your dog has an upset tummy and how much would you give ?? Sounds like a useful potion to have in my store cupboard as my breed have sensitive stomachs.

Its very useful one of the old remedies which works.
You can get it at most medicine areas in supermarkets and alot of corner shops have it.
I just mix a teaspoonful in a cup with a teaspoon of boiling water or milk
and down the hatch. Now theres a saying.

Glad to hear I am not the only person who uses the stuff. I find it also helps when they have a touch of the runs, seems to work well the dogs do pull a few faces though when they get it. I sometimes use it myself and must admit it tastes horrible. Funny how some of the old remedies are still the best plus the fact it is really cheap, less than a pound a bottle in my local chemist.
