Hello everyone. Thanks again everyone for your support and sorry I haven't said anything before but we are going through a very bad time here, not only about our boy Athos but because 1 week before he left us one of our cats died just like that, one day healthy, another day acting strange and the next dead, a big healthy cat. Tonight another of our cats died, same circunstances, he got ill so quick we had to take him to last night to the animal shelter just around the corner because the hospital is far. Well they were terrible, despite me saying I lost another cat 3 weeks ago the same simptoms they didn't care and said his problem was dry food, crystal in the blader, they emptied the bladder and gave me back the cat, I went to collect it today 4pm and thought he was weird? Sleeping in the cat basket with lots of noise around, he wasn't moving? I knew something was wrong Well they gave me my cat back to me dying, my baby died suffering, they didn't listen to me and didn't check he was ok my poor thing didn't have to go this way he died 11pm we are very mad and scared we have another 8 cats my kids will be devastated and we called the rspca to complain about the animal shelter- not part of rspca- we want an autopsie we are worried someone is killing our cats
I am sorry if i don't make a lot of sense it just happened I need to say something it's very depressing 6 months ago all my animals were healthy now I lost 3 in 3 weeks.
Sorry if someone reply and I don't answer straight away I just needed to get it out.

Dear Corso Girl, hello i am in the computer writting a letter of complaint to the animal shelter, my Triton died in pain, he didn't deserve that he never recovered from anesthetic he was too weak but no one listened to me. It could be virus but to kill so fast like that? I do think maybe they were poisoned, but don't know who would do this, many people could i know it's just hard to believe but even if it was the food that was the problem he never recovered from anesthetic and the vets never checked him he never recover consciousness fully I will never never never take them to the Wood Green Animal shelter again not one of my cats and I will not donate to them ever again they never listened I lost another cat 3 weeks ago the same symptoms and now I am so paranoid I have another 8 cats and they are used to going out. we will call the RSPCA soon and will get back to you. It's like a black hole, my animals dying and I cannot do anything. We are getting Athos ashes next week we couldn't even grieve properly with so much going on. Many thanks for the reply.

Val you are such a good owner and i wish i could help you?? it does seem as if they didnt help your poor cat could they have got to any antfreeze as this will kill and dogs and cats love the sweet taste so will lick it may be some one has dumped some and your cats have found it.
