Hi sorry to keep bothering you, I took mitzy with me to my mums 2day and my sisters dog kept trying to sniff and clean mitzys vulva and then tried mounting her why is he doing that as mitzy was mated 28days ago.
She is also when out walking will start to pee then walk a little and then finish is this normal.
She is eating 3meals a day i have never known a male to try mount a bitch thats not in heat. Should i be worried about her she is still healthy and happy nothing changed there she has no discharge from her vulva apart from her mammary glands swelling and teats there nothing wrong with her.

Hi my bitches are always very interested in a bitch that is pregnat in fact Ive found that is the most reliable diagnoses!! I keep my bitches away from male dogs for the first four weeks just in case ,i had a frien whos bitch was mated on day 35 by a dog i the park!
experianced stud dogs wont usuallly atempt to mate unless the bitch is just right but young or inexperianced dogs will often have a go! :)

Hi there well we not sure if mitzy is actually pregnant as the scan she had at 25days didnt show any signs of puppies she has to go back the 23rd of feb just to double check incase they were missed.

The scent they give off as if they were in heat would they not give that scent of anyway if having a phantom pregnancy since there bodies would think they were pregnant when they are not.

When my bitch was pregnant my dog was very interested in her but never tried to mount her.  I found it a reliable diagnosis too as just a few days later we took her for a scan and sure enough she was pregnant. 

Not long to wait now and you should know.  Keeping my finger's crossed for you and hope it the news you have been waiting for.

:( :( :( :( just got back from vets. i was sure my girl was pregnant but he couldnt see anything on scan. has offered me a free one next week.should i bother? she should be 36 days. :( :( :( :( .

:( That's bad news. I think I would try again next week, just to be certain, though.

Thanks well mitzy has got her appetite back she is back at the vets on the 23rd and hopefully that will show anything up if not i will wait till week before she would be due and then have an x-ray done incase there is only one or two and are high up and missed.

Hi Guys just a quick question if mitzy is pregnant she will be in day 32 of the pregnancy her appetite since last week has increased alot she seems to be hungry all the time is this normal as i am starting to get worried as she has never been like this before any help would be greatly appreciated.
