I am changing Amy my nearly 7 month rough collie from puppy complete to adult complete, I am going to use Wafcol Salmon & potato the protein is 24% I mix mince or tuna or chicken in her complete. I used 100 grammes of puppy complete two times a day Will she eat the same weight of the adult.

The weight of food that your dog consumes will vary depending on the calorific density of the food.  You do not mention what her current food is and what is the calorific value of both foods.  The percentage of protein is meaningless unless you know the quality of the protein, its source and its bioavailability.  If the food is "complete" why do you feel the need to add anything to it?
