Not sure what you mean by this Sam. As you are in the USA your breed standard calls for a height of:-

Dogs 22.5 to 24.5, ours 22 to 22.5 inches
and Bitches 21.5 to 23.5 ours 21.5 to 22

So as you can see, the American Labrador is taller than the UK bred Labrador.
