I just tried to post a reply to a post and this appeared.

Request authentication failed. Either someone tried tricking you into doing something that you didn't want to do, or the authentication values just got their regular refresh. In the latter case, just repeat what you were about to do. It was in bright red.

I refreshed and the post was posted. It took me a moment torealise it might be Admin not a "VIRUS" tricking
me.

I sometimes get that message Karen, I assume it's something like if it's a long post the system "forgets" who you are. I think it's also happened if I've had 2 pages up and logged out on the first one then forgotten and tried to log out again on the second.

Well I take it as a personal insult, so there - dam we don't have a tongue out smiley.

Think it may be with the amount of time you take, if I use a spell check it seems to do it, I just copy and then call up reply again and paste, seems to work then.

:P shows how look ago I looked at what was available :P when we first had this site, instead of the old one the only thing I liked about it was the :P thought I would never get used to the new forum :P and you see I was right :P totaly forgot about the :P
