I know its early but if ,like me, you have to book days off etc well in advance of shows thought any hound owners might like to know that 'Houndshow' dates have been changed to 7 Aug!

Whilst we are talking hounds the Hound Club of East Anglia has changed it date to the end of May and moved this spring show to a new venue so it can be held outside. Check on diary here for more detail or for clasification here

I spoke to Shirley Rawlings yesterday about this and it appears that the venue owners had the date as the 1st saturday in August whereas Shirley had booked the last saturday in july. It came to light when Stafford showground sent the invoice for final payment and Shirley noticed the dates.
Both this year 2004 and the 2005 dates have had to be changed with the KC etc..  and all the judges contacted about changes in dates - it appears, luckily, that there will be no changes in judges due to the date change.

Lets hope it is another fine sunny day where we are all outside again. I quite like this show except when it rains :(
