Hi my girl is 13 weeks old now a gsd.
when roughly will she start her seasons, and how long will she bleed/be in heat for,also when would i be able to have her speyed?
i really dont know the answers so im hoping someone here can tell me

my own gsd is nearly 10mths and has not come into season yet, but when she odes i expect it will be messy being her first one. She will prolly be in season for rouhgly 3 weeks. My eldest GSD now 6 1/2yrs has her season for 2 1/2 weeks and around every 9 mths/
You can have her spayed after her first season, not sure how long after though maybe someone else can help you on that one.

Hi, bitches come into season anytime from around 6 months, usually 7-8 mths, but can be much later. She will be in season for 21 days when you need to keep her clear of all males. IMO, the best time to have her spayed would be about 3 months after her first season.

My GSD bitch had her first season at 13 months old and so far she always has 5 month seasons:)

I have a choc lab, she is now 10 months old, and has still not had her first season. Her playmate, Bella, a gsd, came into season on new years eve, 7 months old, so as you've been told before, its very different from dog to dog.
Another bitch, from the same building, Debbie, is 10½ months old, and is in her first season, so I'm waiting impatiently.
