I have a golden retriever bitch who was born with a black mark on her head when i got her thay said it was a stain from the birth as it was dark green in colour then,the other pups looked fine so did mother and grandmother and the breeding had the name rossbourne in it wich was known to me.Some of the fur is black at the top and light at the bottem and some are black,light,black and seems lighter now its still there she will be 4 this year.
What i need is ideas on what it is,and could it be passed on to pups she would make a good mum but i dont want to cause a problem and i know thay could be a few.i doubt its a stain.I have had goldens for 20 years only 2 dogs but 20 years all that time and i take the pup that washed my face soft or what but i know witch is mine in a group.Thanks
