Does anybody know the aveage hip score for a collie as i am working my handsome boy and started him at breed shows would like to get him scored then hopefully put him to stud i do know of the problems of letting him be a stud and also having him as my pet after but i would like to give it a go anyway.  Much appreciated to anybody who can help me with some advice.

Hi! average is 14! but you should also be looking at his parents & grandparents scores-in that they should be below the average. i think its actually much more of a problem in BCs than alot of people would think so you should only let your boy be used on bitches with low scores.
is he & parents eye tested?
Epilepsy seems to be coming common in collies nowdays too,so you do need to look into your boys line & any potential young ladies!!!!!
you should join, id like more collie people to chat too!
how is he bred?(i mean pedigree wise)
