Does anyone know anyone out there who would foster a dog until I got my stuff together, as Ive had to leave him at home with my ex as I moved out today.  I just think he needs something alot more than my ex can offer
please help

Hi Emma
try here dog pages
you will need to register which is free and post a thread . There are lots of people who foster there.
Are you sure about not leaving him with your ex?
Good luck anyway

Its just Bradley will be left in his crate for several hours a day.  I think that is cruel.  Perhaps I need a dog walker but I think Luis would be unhappy about a stranger coming in.

Hi Emma, sorry for all your heartbreak recently. Knowing you it wont be long before you get settled again & Bradley is back where he belongs with his Mum. Could you ask Luis how he feels about a dog walker ( if that would be enough as I imagine Luis works long hours as a chef) and maybe get one reccommended by a friend? Surely your partner cares about Bradley too and would do whatever it takes to keep him settled?

Do you think his breed might help you out for a while, Emma?

possibly but he lives in swindon. I hate to imagine what affect this is having on him.  Mind you my daughter is in a tremendous state. She won't talk to me about how she is feeling.  I know shes very upset about Mr B not being with us but im stuck.

Emma,

When I separated from my Ex a few years ago I ended up having toget in touch with NCDL (I think it was them), it's quite a few years now it might have been another charity.
I couldn't leave my dogs with my ex as he was a paranoid schitzaphrenic (sp).
I had a Dobe and a Rottie at the time. The charity paid Kennelling expences for 4 weeks while I had my ex evicted from my house.
I don't know if they would help now but it is worth a try.
Where are you situated?? At a push I may be able to help out for a few weeks.

Sorry if I've missed something (been in bed on and off nursing me 'orrible cold), but why have you decided against kenneling Bradley for a week or so? He'd be fine, and loads of dogs love it.
Good luck with whatever you decide, and remember what Polly said about 'Wiley Coyote' I thought it was brilliant for anyone feeling down.

Chin up :)
