Topic Dog Boards / General / Dog who loves baths

After a tiring day I thought I'd have a nice relaxing bath.  Having run the bath, I went to the other room to get a clean towel.  Imagine how delighted (not) I was to come back to find my working cocker Molly splashing about in the tub and happily playing with the nice aromatherapy bubbles I'd got for Xmas!  Clearly it is a hard life being a dog and she is in need of life's little luxuries.  Of course, by then the hot water had run out, so there was no bath for me...  Just goes to show what the pecking order is in our house...

last time I bathed my boys I bathed Asa first and dried him.I then put Kas in the bath only to have Asa barge back into the bathroom and jump back in!!!

Stan (staffie) loves the bath,if he gets upstairs first place he heads for is the bath which is ok when its empty but my kids have the habit of not emptying the bath after them, and we finish up chasing a wet bubbly staffie all over the house.
Libby (staffie) on the other hand will do anything to avoid walking pass the bathroom, she is not impressed with the bath  full stop.
