Fillet steak very brown on the outside, nice & pink juicy on the inside with crushed peppercorns & gralic then some brandy & cream added to finish off, delic :D mmmmmm my fav! :) :)

(although, a documentary the other week said about toxoplasmosis. Well, eaten that many rare steaks, I bet I have It in my brain :(  )

this post has reminded me of when me & hubby went camping years ago - he was cooking the bacon, I kept saying "cook it a bit more" & then, "just do it a bit more" in the end he said.......... "If you'd have said earlier you wanted bloody scratchings, I'd have gone to the shop & got you some"  :-D

The blacker the better. The thought of blood makes me a bit queasy. The onions have to just as well cooked :eek:
