could anyone give me advise I have 13 week old russell pup he was jabbed up
then he started fitting I thought he would die he was paralized on one side the
next morning he was bouncing I bred him my self so i know theres no fitting in his
lines

By "Jabbed up" I assume you mean he had his innoculations? If so then it sounds very much like a reaction to the innoculation. It's not common but it does happen.
