I am feeding my GSD's on burns fish and brown rice, my pup of 9 months loves the food and will polish the bowl in a minute, but my 6yr GSD will eat a feww mouthfulls and walk away i have to be quick to rmove the bowl or the pup with eat that aswell. When it comes to the evening meal she will give it a sniff and walk away.
Could anyone give me and ideas on what i can do to get her to eat it, (i can not add meat or eggs to the food due to protein intorelence).
I am also e-mailing burns to ask.

You could always try adding some oxo mixed up in warm water according to instructions.  Not the whole lot though!  Mind you I am always loathe to do anything like this too much in case of bloat.  I'm sure someone else will be along soon with some longer term ideas!

cannot give OXO due to what it contains, thanks though.

What about pouring some chicken broth over the top?Or if she cant tolerate chicken maybe you could try boiling some fish and mix it in with the broth, can she eat tripe?as few dogs can resist green tripe :D

How about a couple of spoonfulls of natural Bio Yoghurt?
I've also read on here about Rice Pudding being a good light food to tempt dogs to eat??

to be honest i have never tried green trip, i did have tripe with my pup and made the most stupid mistake i cooked it in the microwave, god my poor house stunk of tripe it was horrible.
The stock is a good idea but would have to be fish will try this today. I did put dome left over cabbage in her bowl last night and she ate it all, so i have something to fall back on.
Never tried yogurt before, she has probs with rich food that give her the runs do you think yogurt would do thi i know a lot of people recommend it for tummy probs so i will try that too, anything is worth a try and it is so hard that i can't just a couple of sppons of meat to her food, i know she would eat all her food but i don't think i could cope with all the pooh and the floor and patches on her back and legs :-)

I recommend the yoghurt.  If Os ever has a poorly tum then we add a couple of spoons of natural bio yoghurt to his food for a couple of days and it seems to settle him right down.  Also we found that it helps if he is going through one of his bouts of coprophagia.

have you tried just adding some warm water to it occassionally so the biscuit pieces get sort of gravy on them.  The smell is quit estrong when we do this occassionally and Os goes mad for it.

How would she be with rice pudding?  My bitch lost her appetite and I could not get her to eat anything.  Someone suggested rice pudding and I mix that with her food and it's gone in seconds.

The only problem is my husband got upset because she was eating rice pudding and he didn't get any.  He know's where the cupboard is and where the bowls are and he knows how to use a microwave.  MEN!

typical men if it is not in the hands the don't no that it is in the cupboard.
To be honest i have never tried rice pudding but i am a bit dubous about the creamyness off it, and giving her the squits.

If she has a protein intolerance will she not be intolerant of the protein in milk?

i would presume that but i have never given her milk products.
