I act on behalf of a client, who is looking to locate a West Highland Terrier Breeder by the name of Jim Falconer, can anyone help ?

Jim does breed WHW but does not exhibit and has no winners in the breed. He is well known in Scottish Terriers of which he has had many Ch & top winners.
You say you "act on behalf of a client", in what capacity?

I am sure Jim doesn't even breed WHWT at all now. I go to the local ring craft class with him and his wife and I am remember recently him saying he doesn't have any now.
