Is anyone please able to tell me what age can a female GSD be considered as fully matured, both mentally and physically, in general ???

About 2 years old and this goes for most dogs.

I think physical maturity varies a lot breed by breed and I am never sure by what means we measure mental maturity so I would hesitate to put a 'number' on it but rather judge the individual :)

I know my boxer bradley will never be mentally mature.
