Hi Rebecca,

I suggest that you contact some gundog kennels, I know that some kennels are now taking GR's more seriously again as working gundogs, so you may find a pup from there. Alternatively, post a message on the Working Trials website (www.workingtrials.co.uk) saying you're looking for info about forthcoming litters. 
You may have to wait a while, and you'll probably be questioned a fair bit by breeders with litters that want 'working' homes for their pups.

Me again.  I've just re-read what I posted to you and think that it may have come across a bit wrong about the Working trials people.  When I say that they'll question you before letting you have a pup, I don't mean it in a nasty way!.  They will want to be sure that any puppy goes to an 'active' home.  With breeds that are not seen so much as 'working' stock, I'm sure that they get some people that like the look of them, without realising what commitment they may have to make with a 'working' dog. I'm not suggesting for one minute that it is you, but I just wanted to clarify so you don't get the wrong impression.

Sorry if its still a bit muddled - I hope you understand what I meant to say.
