As far as I know blues cannot be planned for although there are occasional dogs who may throw the odd blue now and again so you may be in for a very long wait
By the way if someone tries to charge you dearer than £500 because its a blue then walk away - they cost the same as any other colour from a decent breeder

I agree in Staffords Blue is NOT rare but Unusual :) Make sure you get a blue with good deep colour and good pigmentation.

... and be cautious if you are hoping to show as blues can have pale eyes which is not 'desirable' (although I love dogs with blue eyes)
