Hi.
Last week i sent of the form to have my 9 week old Cavalier puppy changed from the breeders name into mine. I received a letter from them today but all it said was that I qualified for 6 weeks free insurance and a form to extend it.
Is this right as I thought I was supposed to receive a new certificate for her??

you will receive your registration paper's most probably in the next few day's they alway's  come after insurance ,maybe it's because they take that little bit longer to process
