i have a (supposered) siberian husky which is now about 9 months old. when i went to first get her, her breeder said that although she wasnt KC registered that she was a pure bred and could send me copies of the parents papers. i have been chasing and chasing to get these papers and with no luck. i plan to bread her in the future, but this concerns me. i have tried calling all different organisations but with no sucess, no one can seem to help me. Does anyone have any ideas which i could do????

Unless you get the papers, which im doubting you will, forget breeding.

In any case the dog is not KC reg. Did the breeder explain why she wasnt registered?

Without at the very least (since im not getting into breeding unreg dogs) the dogs pedigree history, you cant know her parents, grandparents etc, that means u cant research them, and find a stud that would compliment her.

Id forget breeding entirely. Why do you want to breed in the first place......what do you do with your sibe?
