Why do our 2 male dogs try to "hump" each other (3.5year & 10 months).

Because it's a dog thing. Bitches do it to one another too.

They like their chests rubbed too. They enjoy doing it and are not restrained, as we would be, from doing things in public that are enjoyable if questionable.
