I have a lovely Kerry Blue bitch (Rhea) who is very loving!  She is now about 18 month but since she was maybe 3-4 month old she has mounted peoples legs.  Some people have told me it's a dominance thing but it seems quite unusual to me ... and VERY embarrasing!  Also posted comment re repetitive barking.  Any help, ideas on any would be much appreciated thanks.

Mounting behaviour yes, people no. I believe that in the bitch mounting behaviour is to some extent linked to dominating behaviour (although it is common in spayed bitches, don't know why) but what ever the cause it is not acceptable behaviour so I would do your best to stop it and to do that IMO you need to reinforce your dominance over the bitch by pushing her away if she comes to you and ignoring her, unless you instigate the contact, and encourage others to do the same.
