Presumably you have sought expert advice to confirm that your bitch is an excellent example of the breed with no obvious serious and/or heritable faults? The best place to do this is to go back to her breeder (if the breeder is an experienced breeder with knowledge of the breed and perhaps is also an exhibitor; if the breeder is just someone who had a litter then it is doubtful if they would be of any help). Then of course you have had her hip scored under the BVA scheme to ascertain whether it would be wise to breed from her. The breed average is 13. You already have several potential customers lined up BEFORE you breed as, at least 50% of them will probably back out. (Remember a Weimaraner has been known to have up to 13 puppies)! Your bitch has a sound temperament, demonstrates hunting ability.
You will then need to decide what sire you would like to use and approach the owner (who similarly will have taken the same things into consideration, had their dog hip scored etc etc). If the stud dog owner is experienced they will want to look at your bitch and have a look at her pedigree to see if the lines are suitable (just because the dog is the same breed does not necessarily mean that it would be a good mating).
Successful proven stud dogs are expensive; they will normally have won well in the showring. I would advise you to approach the Weimaraner Club of Great Britain and/or the Weimaraner Association for help; they will point you in the right direction with regard to responsible stud dog owners who will abide by their codes of ethics.
Obviously you need to think about the costs of having a litter not only the financial ones of whelping box, vets fees, wormers, KC registration, advertising, tattooing, chipping etc but possible health problems eg if the bitch needs a caesarean etc. Also what will you do if any of your puppies need to be rehomed? Do you have the facilities to take puppies back?
I think several experienced breeders on this forum have suggested budgeting around £1000 for a litter; if your bitch does not take or you only have one puppy you will not recoup your expenditure.
If you like your bitch so much, why not go back to the breeder; ask yourself WHY you want a litter; there are so many weimaraners in rescue now, could you live with yourself if one of yours ended up there?
Several things to mull over.

Also, if you have not had experience of breeding and whelping puppies, can I recommend you purchase a book called "The Book Of The Bitch", by Kay White. It is excellent. It is our bible and we have been breeding for over 40 years. It is not for the squeemish!!
