I have a 1 year old Jack Russell bitch which is totally dominant and is making my 7 yr. old Retriever's life hell.  She has so many behaviour issues.  Do you know of a rescue centre for JRT's.  I live in Cornwall, UK.

I was told it was better to re-home her now rather than when she is older.
