Wanted Border Terrier (prefer dog but would consider bitch) for spring 2004 has any breeders got any litters planned ? I have looked around and their seems to be different types? I am looking for an outgoing stocky/compact red grizzle , broad skull with a black mask and almond eyes no round eyes please (probally something too big for the show ring would be ideal) parents must have exceptional temperaments and although it is not to be shown I cannot see any reason why if I plan ahead I can find my perfect Border! based in Lincolnshire although will travel within reason please email to rotseafarmers@hotmail.co.uk with location / price / litter details.

I would be very surprised if anyone would be able to tell what colour a pup is likely to be at 8 weeks, unless its a blue and tan.  They change tremendously in the first 6 months.

I had a lovely bitch puppy sister to my champion bitch who was dark grizzle until 6 months I sold her on at that point and by the time she was 12 months she was a lovely deep red grizzle!!!

Have a look for breeders here Champdogs breeders index Please make sure that breeders have carried out ALL relevant health checks on both parents if the breed calls for it
