Sitting here tonight with my male bullmastiff who is five and his daughter who is 4 and a half months,i just had to laugh as the male has a big scar on his stomach from having bloat a few weeks ago and his daughter who we got back from the vets the other day as she had half of a teddy bear!! in her intestine has a scar in the same place.I don't know it's a good job we love them so much as they get into some right old problems!.I am also redirecting my wages to go straight to the vet's from now on lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get insurance!  Although I have to state that most of my vet's bills cost just £1 less than the insurance excess.  Got to be a story in that somewhere!
