I am going through a family quiz raising funds for my daughters school and google won't help me find the answer to this one so I thought I would ask more knowledgeable people! ;) :D

Who said, "It takes an awful lot of money to look this cheap." ?

I have a feeling it may be an actress or singer, maybe Madonna, but that's just a guess. Any help appreciated!
