I hope someone on this website can help. I'm looking for a blue merle collie for a playmate for our deaf white border collie Maddy. We cannot let Maddy have pups of her own because of her deafness (apparently it's inherent and could pass it on to any pups she might have), but we feel that Maddy is missing out on her chance to be a mum and think that she would love another dog around her. I realise that this is a site for serious breeders, but surely some of your dogs do not achieve the high standard required for breeding because of certain disabilities and having loved and cared for Maddy for 8 years we want to love another one. So if any of the breeders on this site have any such puppies we would love to hear from you. We would prefer a puppy because we would still like Maddy to "rule the roost", and we think she would make an excellent mother, but sadly will never have the opportunity. We also realise that our timing is a bit off, coming up for Christmas, but we can assure you that Maddy is a well spoiled dog and any puppy we could find would be a most welcome member of the family. We don't have young children and Maddy is thoroughly exercised every day. We hope someone out there can help. By the way, all the puppies and dogs on this website are beautiful, and I think alot of you breeders are very lucky people to have all those dogs around you. Thanks. Hi Brenda
Glad to hear your border collie is a very happy dog You have done the right thing not to let her have puppies But no doubt she will make an excellent play mate for a new one You are asking for a blue merle I take it you mean a border collie As there are shelties rough collies smooth collies Why dont you look on CH dogs for breeders in your area or if you are willing to travel perhaps some one will put you intouch with a breeder but first you must let people know what breed good luck with your new puppy
