A bit of both but mostly from a petfood supplier who produce their own raw meat. Too expensive to buy all from supermarket.

I buy about 80% of mine from Albion meats.

I also buy most of mine from Albion.

I buy my supplies from wholesalers, farms, supermarkets originally destined for people.  The only "animal" grade meat I buy is frozen tripe via the pet store.

(Also get a lot of free "road kill")
