I am after a miniature schnauzer and wanted to know how much i should expect to pay for a puppy?

I bought my Miniature Schnauzer three years ago for £500 from a reputable breeder. If I wanted another one now from the same place the price would be £600. We ourselves had M. Schnauzer puppies 12 months ago, and they went for a little less then their Mum as we live on an Island and expected the new owners to come and see us - some of them twice.

           Depending on the quality you want if you just want a pet without any KC documents because you don't want to breed or show then the price is usually around £300-350, for a show potential puppy with KC documents then you are looking at £500-700.

I paid £1000 for my male 7 years ago but he was pick of litter & sold to me as a show potential puppy from a very good reputable breeder & i was honoured to have the chance of him, i did try showing him but unfortunately i could not stop him from barking at other dogs so he is now a very well loved happy & healthy pet! Albeit an expensive one but he is worth every penny.
