Topic Dog Boards / Visitors Questions / Lowchen needing new home

We have a 13 month old female Lowchen. (smooth coated) I feel awful typing this but we are looking for a new home for her. I have a new baby which keeps me very busy, i feel i cannot give my dog as much time and attention she deserves. We also have 3 cats, lately my lowchen has been picking on one of the  cats. She is a very lively happy dog, and i feel it is unfair that i cannot give her as much attention as she would like to get.
sometimes when i am holding our baby our lowchen looks upset that i am not spending more time with her.
She loves walks and is walked every evening for about an hour. I am hoping that as she is still at a young age it will not affect her being re-homed.
My partner and i feel very sad but think she will be alot happier with somone who can devote more time to her.
We are looking for someone who loves lowchens, and someone who is at home as she is not used to being left.
She aslo gets on with other dogs.

Louise.

The first person to contact would be her breeder. I have it written in my puppy sales contract that, in case of rehoming the pup, I must be informed, and I will take the pup back myself. If your breeder can't (or won't) help, then contact Lowchen Welfare, on 01746 862507. Good luck.
