To be honest, you'll be lucky! Unregistered Jack Russells sell for about £90 hereabouts, and Cocker Spaniels - well, about £300 should get you an unregistered one.

If you pay peanuts you get monkeys....not pedigree puppies

is your name Ken or Rhodri or both?......why do you want to get all these different puppies? you need to do some more reserarch as ALL of the breeds you have mentioned have no commonalities as such......

It's not the price, but if someone has done their research into what would suit them would they decide that it would be one or the other of these two breeds.

I agree Jackie H.

I know people do like completely different breeds- like a russell and a cocker, but if you are at the stage of CHOOSING a pup, you should know which breed is best for you.

Who is this ken person anyway?

No I quite agree with you.  I'd give a pup free if the home was good enough (and indeed have done so).  The fact that people are willing to pay for my dogs is a bonus, but i'm sure we all agree, that's not the reason why we have pups, nor why we like to vet the homes so well.

A jack russell for £50! your aving a laugh ain't ya.

I wouldn't sell any of my pups to anyone who hasn't made up there minds what they want.
P.S Isn't there a lot of smelly hairy things on the board lately? I have been reading but not posting recently & noticed that we have a few messers.

a suggestion why not try looking in the local paper sometimes you can get mongrals for £50 and will be just as loving , i saw a 7month west h terrier for 50 the other week it said in the advert that owner had passed away and they couldent look after him.
Good luck in your search
ps.What smelly hairy things would they be?sorry dont understand mabe  im having a blonde mo :D
