The pups are 2 weeks old, the mother seems to be ignoring them is this normal?

No, it isn't. Are you keeping their nails short? If they are sharp they will hurt the bitch and she may well stop feeding them. Just snip off the curving hooks and you may well see an improvement.

Daisy had been grumpy with her pups who are now 4.5 weeks, so i trimmed their nails again this morning and they are all settled in the box feeding again.imagine the pain of those little nails as well as their needle teeth now, poor bitch:(
