Help!! My dog billy pees everywhere on purpose if anyone tries to pick him up or move him!! help!! any suggestions will be welcome!!

Dogs do not normaly do thing like that to spite you, better let us have more detail like how old is he has he always done this, and has anything changed in his life about the time it started to happen.

It sounds like Billy may be a sensitive soul whose trying to make sure (in doggy language) that you know he's not a threat to you. He's not a Staffie is he??

I agree, it's not "on purpose" as such - just a behaviour that is happening for a reason.

How do you react to him when he does this? :)

The original poster has not come back yet, so we don't know the cause but I would suspect that the dog is scared. We don't know any details so we will have to wait and see if we are told, would think that it is about 10 to 12 months and worried. So lets see it the poster comes back.
