I think a swift call to your service provider would be good to get your number changed, i wouldnt bother replying, try and ignore it if you can, and try not to worry to much.

My advice would be for you to just have an e-mail address on your website.

except...whoever sent it may not realise that it said their name on the email address line.

i have never met you before but with 3 clicks i have your phone number and email addy - its on your website!!

if i was you i'd invest in a second number soley for business purposes and leave your personal number private - there are a lot of weirdos around!!!
