WE BOUGHT TWO PUPS FROM SAME BREEDER, K.C REG,
SENT OFF THE REGISTRATION FORMS TO KENNEL CLUB WHICH SOMEHOW GOT LOST, RANG KC AND THEY SENT US OUT A FORM TO OBTAIN BREEDERS SIGNATURE,
WE SENT OFF THIS TO BE BREEDERS ADDRESS 4 WEEKS AGO,
SHE RECEIVED IT AS IT WAS RECORDED DELIVERY, BUT HAD NO RESPONSE AT ALL
AND PHONE NUMBER NOT USED,
WHAT CAN BE DONE AND WE ARE DESPERATE TO HAVE OUR TWO GIRLS REGISTERED IN OUR NAME,
ANY HELP GREATLY APPRECIATED,

Would suggest that you make complaint to the KC, first because the form was lost in the first place and then that the breeders are not responding. How far from you do they live, perhaps a visit would do the trick. Or do you think they may be away. What do you mean by Phone number not used? Do they not have one or do they not answer it or has it been cut off.

Do you have any other documentation from the breeder such as contract? The KC may accept this in lieu of breeders signature?

we are quite a distance away from the breeder unfortunately and there was no contract,
i did get a receipt from her with her signature on, will this be enough do you think?
the telephone number is not in use anymore, i think they may of changed it,

I wonder if it's been delayed by the postal strike. It is posible I understand there is a backlog of post still undelivered.

I registered my litter at five weeks and had heard nothing by seven weeks. I rang and was told that my registration had not been received so sent the whole lot again. The second application was processed by the lady that I had sent it directly too after a further week - but so was the original one! I was charged £72 twice for the privelage but I did get this back after a further couple of weeks. I would try ringing the kennel club again just incase your original has turned up.
