Hi Storm,
My computer at home does not allow me to join, I really do hope all is well with the tests for Hammy, which consultant have they sent the xray/tests to the consultant who we were referred was in Kenilworth he is supposed to be the best in the country Mr Martin is his name, the staff were wonderful, did the vet not givr you any idication at all of the problem, our vet advised me after the endoscopy that it was a lung disease so we know that much he just did not know which one, there is lots of info on fibrosis if that what they think it is did the vet think that it may be or was he mot commenting, our vet did not advise us at the time because he was not 100% and had to give Jake a chance but what ever it was he know the outsome would not be good. If you have insurance then you need to go for further testing if required but if you are like me which you sound like you would give your right arm for him to get better.
We have just been to our local pub and there was a chap in there would had a staffie at the same time as we had Jake and he looked so much like him, not from the same litter but same age, build and colouring brought a tear to my eye I can tell you.
We have another staffie to keep Ruby company he is lovely in his own special way but he could never replace Jake he was my baby and so special, he was my dog followed me everywere my shadow we called him so placid and loving.
Hope all is well let me know know about the results.
