hello all my girl is on day 1 of season:)
im hoping for her to be in whelp from this season, however she is picky at the best of times and to my shame has been indulged with an awful doggy diet of scrambled egg and leftover cereal for brekki and corned beef (her fav) or ham or mince for dinner plus leftovers.....she wont entertain *real* dogfood and im not prepared to just let her be hungry till she eats it(i dont eat foods i dont like so why should she?!) ;) should i be supplimenting her diet?.........many thanx for any replys:)

I'm not sure what you could do!
I can tell you what i do. I mix fresh meat with complete dog food and sometimes add some gravy mine love it!!!!!
A good complete to try her with is Vitalin Bitch Diet, its designed for bitches who are soon to be mated, in pup, while nursing and after the whole thing to bring back condition. I've heard nothing but good things about it, from larger litters to minimising mastitis. This, mixed with fresh meat, should sort her out ready for breeding!

My girl was also a really picky eater, but i did find that when pregnant she ate like a horse most of the time. i fed her on a vcomplete puppy food as advised and there was an occasional day that she still wouldnt eat anything but generally she just found her appetite!!!
