Has anyone any suggestions as what to use for an 8 month old. She slobbers big time and is dripping wet when we arrive. I have used sea legs but apparently you cannot buy them now. She is off to Scotland the weekend which is quite a journey so would like to find something to help her be more comfortable on the journey

I have always used the ones you buy in the chemist for kids. 1 for a toy, 2 for a small breed, 3 for a medium breed etc etc. Or you can pick them up from the vet.
Don't forget to stop every hour or so to let the dog have a dring, a pee and streach its legs.

I have no idea! I haven't been to England in a long time and the girls cope with the short runs round home.
Just pop into the chemist and ask to see their range of travel sickness pills. Boots is your best bet!

The homoeopathic remedy cocculus is very good for travel sickness

Have you tried Travella, it's homeopathic and should be available from your local chemists. I found it worked very well for my GSD.

I second the ginger biscuit idea.......it's what we always recommend :-)

We always use Stugeron. It is easily obtainable from chemists and works with our dogs, even the puppy that we have at the moment who 'pukes for England' without the tablets!

I used sealegs travel sickness tablets for my westie they worked a treat & easily bought from the chemist. I used to say yes with a straight face when i was asked if they were for me

I use Stugeron for my Westie too. Started with one, now have cut it down to a half. It was recommended by her breeder and seems to work with no ill effects. The breeder uses it if necessary when she's travelling long distances to shows.
