Try North of England Weimaraner Society they have puppy lists of members, alternatively the Weimaraner Club of Great Britain or The Weimaraner Association (all on the net)who will also send you puppy lists or will put you in touch with a reputable breeder who hip scores breeding stock, does not breed from bitches under 2 years old or over 7 or more than once every 12 months and no more than 3 times in a bitches lifetime.

It is important that the dogs that are bred from are sound both physically and temperamentally; far too many end up in rescue as it is especially when males hit the "kevin" stage. The Weimaraner is a very strong (physically and mentally) dog that requires a great deal of exercise and training and does not "mature" until 3; it has a very strong hunting instinct and requires careful handling because although it is stubborn it is also very sensitive. Have you considered taking on one that needs rehoming?
