Two yrs ago my mother-in-law died, :-( on the 15th oct it was her birthday, so today we have been to put flowers on her grave, we didnt want to leave Toby(71/2 month lab) at home all day on his own, so we took him with us and then took him to my brother-in-laws, I was so nervous they have never seen Toby before I was worried how Toby would be, ie: would he get excited and wee on there carpets , also they live about an hours drive away from us, although Toby has been ok in our car, he has never been that far before.
Well what was i worrying about, :-D he was a star and we are very proud of him, so much so my brother-in-law fell in love with him and wanted us to leave him there :-D (as if i was going to do that)
my brother-in-law now wants a dog, my sister-in-law isnt so keen, whoops, :-D :-D

My daughter is disabled and getting a dog was the best thing we ever did. She can't play out unsupervised so is mostly in the house (besides school) and our dog and her are as close as can be.
The only thing they don't get on about is our dog keeps running off and hiding her teddies ;)
