I need your help!

I am considering getting a Cavalier King Charles puppy. I love dogs and used to have dogs when I was at home. I am now married with two children.

The only worry I have it that I work every morning for 4 hours and do not know if it is fair to get a puppy and leave it for that length of time.

I think that 4 hours is not that bad, If you have a loving home to offer a puppy then I am sure that all the love from you and your children will make up for the short time the puppy will be left. I am lucky enough to not work and therefore spend tons of time with my dogs, however I have worked in the past, even with new puppies, they learn to deal with it very quickly as long as it has toys and somewhere cosy to sleep. It is great that you are taking time to think properly about the decision you are making, I hope you get your puppy soon.

Four hours would be ok as long as you have a settling in period first I always used to arrange a couple of weeks holiday when I get a new puppy to make sure we have a routine before I go work Although I now have someone looking after my dogs all the time when I am not in
