Hi,
Just wondering of how many of you change brands of worming tablets?
Sure ly this is a good idea instead of using say for example Drontal all the time as after a while it does
not becme effective??
Any thoughts anyone?

It surely must depend on the chemical used as the base of the product? There seems little point in changing from one brand to another if they are both basically the same chemical.

Hi,
sorry didn't make myself clear the chemicals is what mean't.I've always used Drontal not had problem it was brought to my attention to change preparations from time to time to
prevent resistance.

I alternate between Panacur and Drontal plus. The Drontal gets rid of tapeworm and roundworms and the Panacur gets both plus lungworm with a different preparation.
I prefer to mix and match.
