I've attempted to walk the dog round the block (broken toes) as she was driving me nuts, and i was on one side of the road waiting to cross and a lady (late 60's) was on the other side with a king charles. Anyway her dog was turning round and around all excited as it seen my dog, it was a lovely little thing. Next mintue the womans face was contorted with anger and she walloped the dog with her cane twice!! She crossed over and i was just dumbstruck so when she was on my side i said you shouldn't do that to your dog, train it to sit or something, she says "If he hadn't seen you and your effin dog i wouldn't have hit him" ????

a few months ago my wife saw an extremely large ugly bloke, kicking his Staffie, she crossed the road & slapped his face..... now you may think good on her, but, what if he'd turned on her, I shudder to think......
Geoff

Or if he had gone to the Police ...that was I think they call it Common Assault :( No matter what the provokation , you should never lay a finger on another person as you lay yourself open to prosecution
(not saying he didn't deserve it of course :D )
