Whithout wishing to appear rude, you have just posted that you're looking for a St. Bernard pup. Now you're asking about diet rquirements.
May I suggest you do lots of research on the breed, talk to breeders, go to Dog shows and read up on the breed, including any relevant health tests required.
I'm sure you'll get plenty of good advice here, so don't put the cart before the horse, so to speak :)
