Can someone please give me some answers...
I've brought a puppy who is not kc registered,the owner says that she cant register her because the dad is registered but mum isn't....is there anyway that i myself can have her registered or no???

Simple answer is No, you cannot register the puppy, only the breeder, and if one dog is not KC registered then you cannot register the litter.
Did you buy the dog from the breeder as KC registered or did you just by as pedigree??

You can only register her on the activities register[Any dog of any ancestry may be registered in the Activity Register (Working Trials and Obedience Register WTO). Any dog on this register may then compete in obedience, working trials, agility and flyball competitions licensed by the Kennel Club. It is not eligible to compete in field trials or gundog working tests]

This would let you compete in the working side of KC activities but you would not be able to show her in Breed classes at any shows apart from the Companion Dog Shows(were Exemption shows) [To be eligible for entry onto the breed register, both the sire and dam must also be eligible for entry onto this register, and be of the same breed]
